Saturday, September 16th, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the DeKalb Public Library will take you on a journey through 8 Countries in 1 Day!

Stop by the welcome table to get your “luggage” and passport before your adventure begins. Visit every country, get your passport stamped, and enter for a chance to win one of many prizes. Bring canned food items to get additional raffle tickets.

Visit Ghana, and sample jollof rice and chocolate, play Senet in Egypt, build a Kapok tree in Costa Rica, and much more! You’ll also visit Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Samoa, and Colombia, and be able to sample the cuisine of each country while completing crafts and playing games!

You can also meet Stella the Sloth from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and gather in the Main Lobby to see big performances throughout the day!
