As part of the DeKalb Public Library’s function to provide access to community resources, we will begin to offer the use of a glass display case in the library’s main lobby to local non-profits! This initiative will start in April.
Non-profits are encouraged to use this display case to promote services, initiatives, general information, and upcoming events. It may be reserved for one month at a time, no more than twice a year and must be used in accordance with the library’s Public Services policy.
Representatives for the non-profit are responsible for setting up and taking down their displays and must coordinate a time with library staff to set up their display at the beginning of the designated month and take down their display at the end of the designated month. The library can provide several acrylic stands and holders within the display case. All other materials must be provided by the non-profit.
For additional information or to schedule a time to reserve the display case, please contact Samantha Hathaway at [email protected] or at (815) 756-9568 ext. 1701.
