This December everyone wants to go home for the holidays—even library materials!
During December the DeKalb Public Library will waive fines on long overdue and lost items that are brought back in good condition. If you have materials from the DeKalb Public Library that were checked out so long ago that you don’t even remember when you got them, bring them back and we’ll waive the replacement fees. No questions asked.
A prize will be given for the oldest long-lost book returned this year. Wouldn’t you like to rock a vintage library t-shirt, perhaps from the same year you checked out your recently returned item?
