Inga Witscher, host of the PBS series Around the Farm Table, joined us virtual on March 27 for a spring themed food and farming adventure. Inga taught us how easy it is to make homemade focaccia, a spring savory tart, and how to turn your rhubarb into a delicious cocktail!
Inga is a fourth generation dairy farmer, milking cows and making cheese on her small farm in Wisconsin. When she’s not tending to the farm, spending time in the garden or cooking in the kitchen, she collaborates with her team to tell the stories of Midwestern farmers and share recipes on her show Around the Farm Table.
