Virtual Workshop: Water You Waiting For?
Thursday March 11 @ 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

A commonly overlooked aspect of our health is hydration. While it might not sound as important as nutrition and exercise, staying well hydrated is critical to overall health and wellbeing. This means that many of us likely are not drinking as much water as we should—and we cannot perform our best when we’re dehydrated. Not only is dehydration a danger to productivity and work performance, but it is also a danger to our health.
Haley Herrmann, Community Education Specialist with Northwestern Medicine, leads us in a virtual discussion about the importance of hydration.
