Virtual Workshop: Center Yourself with Tai Chi

Start your morning with breathing and relaxation via Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises. This low impact experience will have a high impact on your life. Classes are specifically designed to help you breathe those worries away.
Throughout our time together, we will use the ancient arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong to optimize our breathing to enhance our ability to stretch, balance and decrease our anxiety to lead a more relaxing life in 2022. Each session will include a follow along Qi Gong exercises, and many will experience a traditional Tai Chi form.
You don’t have to have any prior experience. Please join us and enjoy the relaxation that breathing, stretching and letting go of your anxiety can bring to your life with us in 2022.
This program is intended for adults.
