Join us for an immersion into the flow of mindfulness using all your senses. Take a guided walk, then spend time at several separate stations designed to engage mindful creativity that you can use in your daily life. For those who struggle with sitting still and finding peace, learn ways to be actively mindful.
This workshop is provided by Intentional Energy 3, whose mission is to inspire, educate, and connect.
Maryanne Kyle-Di Pietropaolo is a national speaker, facilitator and trainer with over 35 years of experience in leadership and personal development.
Henrieta Ribeiro got her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL. She specializes in wide range of marital and family issues regarding parenting, communication, marital stress, and parent-child relationships.
