On Our Own Story Time
Tuesday January 25 @ 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
An event every week that begins at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, repeating until February 22, 2022
Do you love the library’s Preschool story times, but it would be easier for your child(ren) to attend on their own? We now have a story time for you! On Tuesday mornings at 9:30 a.m. we are offering a drop-off story time for 3-5 year olds. Caregivers will drop off their child(ren) at the Story & Activity Room. John and Laura will do a fun story time with them, and then caregivers return at 10:00 a.m. to pick their children up.
Please note: caregivers must stay in the Children’s Department during this half hour, but you are free to choose books or play in the Tree Room. Feel free to check on your children as often as you would like through the windows into the Story & Activity Room.
This story time is limited to 12 children total, and it is first come, first serve. Check-in will begin at 9:25 a.m. at the Story & Activity Room door. Because activities will be aimed at 3-5 year olds, we cannot allow siblings that are not in this age range.
All current library COVID policies will be followed. Currently, that means masks for all children ages 2 and up.
For more information, please contact John at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (815) 756-9568 ext. 3350.
