Introduction to Audio Recording and Editing (Virtual and In-person Options)

Looking to start your podcast? Maybe you want to learn how to record your musical instrument ? Perhaps you’re just curious about sound recording in general? In this class, we’ll be learning about the Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) Audacity. We’ll cover the basics of recording and editing audio.

This will primarily be a show-and-tell class where the instructor shows the audience some basics tips and tricks for editing on the screen. This class is intended for teens and adults.

Please register for this event if you wish to attend virtually. Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom meeting, a phone number to call into the Zoom meeting, and a password to the meeting. Join the Zoom meeting 5 minutes prior to the program, especially if you haven’t used Zoom before. Space is limited.

If you wish to attend in person, seats are filled on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early.
