Bookworm Barbs: The Princess in Black

Princess Magnolia is prim, proper, and perfect…but not always! She has a secret: she is also the Princess in Black, a ninja who fights monsters and sends them back to Monster Land! Can she balance these two identities, or will her superhero status be discovered by nosy Duchess Wigtower?
The Princess in Black is our March Bookworm Barbs book. Bookworm Barbs is our book club for students in grades K-2. We read short chapter books with lots of pictures. Older first and second grade students may be able to read on their own, but the books also make a nice family read aloud too.
Bookworm Barbs is a book party! Not only will we talk about the book, we’ll enjoy a snack (ring pops!) and do a craft too.
Pick up a copy of the book at the Children’s Department Desk while supplies last.
