Adventure @ Your Library is DeKalb Public Library’s own tabletop role-playing group for teens. Join us as we continue our sessions for newer players!

These sessions build on previous programs, but new players are welcome. The “Tutorial Levels” events are intended for newer and inexperienced players who are interested in getting into Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition. Premade character sheets will be available, but players are welcome to bring their own as well (Level 3-5).

This program is intended for youth ages 12-17.

Adventure @ Your Library is DeKalb Public Library’s own tabletop role-playing group for teens. Join us for a themed one-shot just for the month of October! You and your companions will have to escape the Greek underworld in this special session, going against obstacles like the three-headed guard dog Cerberus, the Stygian boatman Charon, and crossing the perilous rivers that run through Hades’ realm…

This session is geared for players already familiar with Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition. If you are inexperienced, try our “Tutorial Levels” program.

This program is intended for youth ages 12-17. To attend this program, you must be registered ahead of time, as space is limited.

THRASH = Teen-held Reading and Social Hangout, which means that teens are in charge of this book group.

For October’s meeting, read a Horror book or graphic novel of your choice, and whether you gave it a thumbs up (boasted) or a thumbs down (roasted). There will also be time to gab about whatever else you are reading. Yummy snacks and drinks included.
