No matter what your goal is, making small changes can have an impact on how you feel. Come learn about different wellness strategies you can utilize this September at DKPL! This month, we will have two programs from Northwestern Medicine on work/life balance and mindful eating. The virtual program Work/Life Balance will take place Wednesday, September 16, at 6:30 pm and focus on strategies to a better balance. Then, join us again the following week to learn how mindful eating uses the senses to increase awareness regarding food choices. The virtual workshop Mindful Eating will take place Wednesday, September 23, at 6:30 pm. Both programs are held virtually, so register today!
