Join us on a virtual journey through the Tai Chi Sun 73 forms. Tai Chi is one of the most beneficial exercises to increase immunity, flexibility, strength and reduce stress. This class will include step by step instructions taught by Erica Bough, 4th degree black belt in the Martial Arts and certified Tai Chi instructor.
