The Kishwaukee Valley Art League members have graciously displayed some of their beautiful artwork on the walls of the newly expanded DeKalb Public Library!  There are over 59 pieces and 19 local artists on display.

Members of KVAL have tirelessly worked to make sure all the artwork was hung and ready to go by Grand Opening day in January.  Most of these pieces are available for purchase.  Please contact any Reference Desk for more information. We thank KVAL for the work and enjoy all of the different and unique artwork on display. Pieces will be rotated out every 2 – 3 months so come back often to make sure you see them all!

Artwork is displayed on the Adult Services Main Floor, the Yusunas and Zimmerman Meeting Rooms, in the Lower Level hallway and one piece is in the Administrative Wing.  Spend an hour at the library (at least!) and lose yourself in local art.

Thank you KVAL!
