Virtual Workshop: Mindful Eating

Mindfulness is bringing full attention and awareness to one’s experience. It is about being in the moment without judgement. In this virtual program, you will learn how mindful eating uses the senses to increase awareness regarding food choices and elevates the experience of eating. It helps us become aware of thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations related to eating to better read our body’s cues for hunger and satiety.
This virtual program is provided in partnership with Northwestern Medicine. Wellness Nurse Marci Millburg will present.
