Culinary Health: Stress Management

Life can be stressful. Let us help by providing information on how you can manage and reduce your stress. Learn which foods help alleviate anxiety. These meals can be quick and easy and will add to your survival kit when it comes to taking care of your body and mind.
This workshop is provided by the Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital Community Wellness program. Wellness Nurse, Marci Millburg, RN, BSN, will lead the session.
This program is part of the “A Healthy Mind, in a Healthy Body” initiative between the DeKalb Public Library and the DeKalb Kiwanis Club. It is free and open to all. Please register below to reserve your spot.
