Join us for an hour of all levels yoga instruction with Angelina of wellness event community , Find What Moves You. No experience or “toe touching” required, just a willingness to try. This age old and scientifically supported practice can be a guide towards improving mood and physical fitness by teaching tools to decrease stress response, increase strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility at any age. It’s not all about pretzel poses. Join us and let’s focus on what you can do now, not what you did 10 years ago. Yoga meets you where you are now, not where you think you should be.
Wear something comfortable and please bring your own mat. Angelina will be available if you need help finding affordable yoga mats locally or have questions on accessibility or modifications.
Please arrive early as space is limited.
